How to order

Our next order date will be 30th JUNE 2010

  1. Choose your items from the PRODUCT CATALOGUE (750k PDF). (Requires Adobe Reader). PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR INVOICE BEFORE PAYING, AS PRICES WILL FLUCTUATE
  2. Complete the ORDER FORM (200k RTF). Email the form to uistwholefoods@hotmail.com or post to Angela Monk, 62 Bualuachrach, Iochdar, South Uist HS8 5RQ by the last WEDNESDAY of the month.
  3. Once you have placed your order, we will let you know when it has arrived, usually within 7 to 10 days. You can then collect your order from the UCVO offices. Please could you take your cardboard boxes away with you.
  4. The last step in the process is paying for your order. Angela sends out an invoice once the orders are completed, and that is when you pay up. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Uist Wholefood Co-op’ and sent to 62 Bualuachrach, Iochdar, South Uist, HS8 5RQ. PLEASE SEND YOUR CHEQUES TO ANGELA.

  6. If you order something by mistake, or change your mind, we will try and find another member who will buy it. If not, you will need to either pay for the item or the cost of returning it: please see our terms and conditions.
